Who is chef duo?
It was November 1988, I was working in a Hotel on the Dolomite, and assigned a pizza station for the season. After a number of days I finally managed my first real pizza in a wood burning oven. Prosciutto and Funghi; I ate it in one minute and was the happiest kid in the hotel that day.
Food and cuisine for any Italian is a huge integral part of their DNA. For someone from Sardinia , it's even more devout. When you mix flour, yeast and water together it goes through this magical four step process; with the end result made to stimulate all the senses.
